Easy Installation: 1. Block the wheels and support the trailer "A" frame securely. 2. Remove the existing jack. 3. Install the Electric Tongue Jack using original nuts and bolts. Align the motor head so that the motor housing is facing the front of the "A" frame. 4. Connect the red positive lead to the positive terminal of the battery. Connect the black ground wire to the negative terminal of the battery.

Motorized Operation: 1. Block trailer wheels securely. 2. Operate the 3500-pound tongue jack for RV using the Toggle Switch located under the motor housing. 3. Extend the jack by holding the Toggle Switch in the Extend position. 4. Retract the jack by holding the Toggle Switch in the Retract position.

Dual Lights: The electric trailer jack features LED lights installed on both sides of the head motor. The red switch controls the lights, making it convenient for night-time operation and use.

Extended Legs: The jack is equipped with a drop leg fixed with a locking pin. The distance between each hole is 38mm, and it has 6-inch diameter quick extension feet.

Manual Operation: 1. Remove the twist cap in the access hole (located top center of the housing cover). 2. Insert the 11mm deep well socket (included) in the access hole, over the drive spindle tang. Rotate the socket clockwise to retract and counter-clockwise to extend. 3. When complete, remove the socket and replace the twist cap, and reassemble the fuse connection.

Safety Notices: 1. The diameter of the outer tube of the chosen jack must match the existing hole size, or the hole diameter will need to be modified. 2. Failure to block trailer wheels securely could result in personal injury and possibly death. 3. The motor will stall if the jack reaches the full extent of travel in both retract and extend directions. There is an overload protection for the jack to shut off power that will auto-reset in 15 seconds. 4. If the motor stalls with the jack in the fully retracted position and the Toggle Switch is not released, the motor will automatically switch off.
